Fifteen modules over the same base: the map of your site and the intent you are fighting for. You switch on what you use, and every module states how its delivery reads for the client at the end of the chain.
01
The map
The base. Your site read as ground, and the projects you run on it.
Map of the Realm
Site architecture and internal links
In the base of every plan
What it does
A crawl of ours reads the sitemap and the pages, keeps every page and every internal link, and draws the real architecture: who points at whom, what sits too deep and what no other page cites. Click a page and you get its record, with inbound and outbound links and the provenance of each field.
Who it is for
Anyone who has to see the structure of a site before proposing anything.
How it reads for the client
Information architecture map
Internal linking diagnosis
Page inventory by URL
Board
District map: the project pages grouped by subject
In the base of every plan
What it does
The project's pages on one board, grouped by subject: each district with its citadel at the centre, the other villages around it sized by how many internal links they receive, and the pages that receive no inbound path at all singled out. Menu and footer links stay out: what the map draws are the editorial connections.
Who it is for
Whoever has to see, in one picture, how a site's content splits by subject and what was left hanging.
How it reads for the client
Content cluster map
Pillar and satellites of each cluster
app.crownler.com/realm/
Your whole site as ground. Pages group by topic, the page that leads each topic stands out, and the ones nobody links to sit apart.
02
Operations
What gets done over the map: plan, produce, specify, reach out and report.
Campaigns
Monthly plan that becomes the report
Module
What it does
The month's plan drawn over the map, with five action types: page rework, new page, position to take, outreach and internal link. The plan becomes a frozen link the client approves without an account, and at month's end every action carries the position before and after.
Who it is for
Whoever delivers a monthly plan and has to show what it returned.
How it reads for the client
Monthly action plan
Formal plan approval
Results report
Letter to the Crown
Content production in 6 phases
Module
What it does
Content production in six phases, from brief to published text, with the briefing filled in by the map itself and the draft written by AI for your team to review. Client approval and review happen over a link, with no account.
Who it is for
Teams producing content at volume that need a reason behind each brief.
How it reads for the client
Justified editorial plan
Content production
Drafts for human review
Content audit
Diplomacy
Backlinks: outreach and relationships
Module
What it does
The portals that already cite your realm, listed village by village, on one board: each domain's authority, its spam score and its backlink total, with the date of the last survey. The referring domains of a page or of the whole domain are bought on click, and each portal opens a record with anchor and dofollow. Coming soon: an outreach queue with the state of every conversation.
Who it is for
Whoever does link building and wants to see who already cites the site and how much authority each portal carries.
How it reads for the client
Map of received backlinks
Domain authority profile
Backlink profile on demand
Backlink acquisition pipeline
Blueprint
Institutional, product and category pages
Module
What it does
You give the URL, the server reads the page and returns the structure as a wireframe: sections, blocks, heading hierarchy, images and form fields. You edit it, save versions, and out comes semantic HTML with the CSS kept separate for the developer, plus a per-page-type review with a score and the structured data ready.
Who it is for
Whoever has to specify an institutional, product or category page.
How it reads for the client
Annotated wireframe
Layout proposal
Implementable specification
SEO technical requirements
Reports
SEO, link building and AI visibility dashboards
Module
What it does
Search Console, positions, PageSpeed and backlinks in one dashboard, with the month's reading written by AI on top of the numbers. The AI visibility tab asks the same question to ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini once a week and keeps the whole answer, with mention rate, citation rate and share of voice.
Who it is for
Whoever delivers a monthly report and wants to stop building slides by hand.
How it reads for the client
Monthly SEO report
Link building report
AI visibility report
Report analysis and delivery
Apothecary
SEO pills: focused, ready-to-deliver analyses
Module
What it does
Eight focused analyses ready to run over data already in the database and in Search Console: pages with no traffic, cannibalization, low-CTR titles, positions 8 to 20, missing internal links, stale content, persona review and the crawl budget reading. Each one comes out as a document with its own link.
Who it is for
Whoever has to answer a client question this week, without opening a project.
How it reads for the client
Underperforming content analysis
Quick-win opportunities
On-page optimization plan
Analysis report
Works
Project management: tasks, deliverables and owners
Module
What it does
A task board by state, with department, deliverable, owner and due date. The deliverable catalog comes suggested and you add your own. A campaign action becomes a task in one click, and the task remembers the page, campaign or brief behind it.
Who it is for
The analyst who runs a team and is done with the spreadsheet.
How it reads for the client
Responsibility matrix
Contract scope
Execution schedule
Delivery traceability
app.crownler.com/reports/
The search tab of the monthly report, straight from Search Console, ready to send to the client.
03
Monitoring
What gets watched every day: positions, competitors, sources, crawl and technical health.
The Front
Positions per surface. Measured today: Google and Gemini
Module
What it does
Each intent followed surface by surface, in a matrix. The automatic daily check covers Google and Gemini today, and the SERP read also records AI Overview. When a watched front changes hands, an alert goes out.
Who it is for
Whoever answers for positions and wants search and AI in the same place.
How it reads for the client
Search and AI coverage per intent
Ranking tracking
Presence in AI answers
Position-loss alert
Sentinel
Alerts when a competitor publishes
Module
What it does
Competitor sites read every day by sitemap and feed. When one of them publishes a new page, the alert goes out the same day with the address and the date, and you turn the news into a response brief in one click. Coming soon: the alert will name the intent hit and the page of yours that answers for it, and tell a reworked page from a new one.
Who it is for
Whoever fights for crowded ground and cannot find out a month later.
How it reads for the client
Competitor monitoring
Competitive timeline
Action recommendation
Per-page impact analysis
Envoys
Reference sources: what they publish becomes a brief
Module
What it does
The reference sources on your subject, at home and abroad, read every day by sitemap and feed. A new article becomes an inspired brief in one click, written from scratch in the project's language, never a translation of the source.
Who it is for
Editorial teams that need fresh briefs without reading everything.
How it reads for the client
Editorial monitoring
Trend alert
Editorial brief
Content production
Supply
Crawl budget analysis
Module
What it does
Google's crawl seen through Search Console: where it is being spent, which pages go unvisited, and what is burning budget on pages with no search value.
Who it is for
Large sites, with many pages and few robot visits.
How it reads for the client
Crawl distribution per section
Pages without recent crawl
Crawl optimization opportunities
Crawl budget action plan
Audit
Rule-based technical SEO audit, page by page
Module
What it does
A crawler of ours runs the site through a set of rules: title, meta description, H1, canonical, images without alt, broken links, depth and indexing. Every finding comes with a severity and the exact URL, tied to that page on the map. The monthly pass shows what came in and what went out.
Who it is for
Whoever needs a technical diagnosis with priorities, not a list of 400 errors.
How it reads for the client
Technical SEO audit
Fix prioritization
Per-URL diagnosis
Technical health tracking
Research
Keywords, domains and backlinks
Module
What it does
Volume, difficulty, cost per click and 24 months of history for a keyword; the organic overview and backlink profile of a domain. And the keyword as a map: who holds the top ten and why each one holds it, revealed as you click.
Who it is for
Whoever decides which keyword is worth entering.
How it reads for the client
Keyword research
Competitor analysis
Backlink profile
SERP analysis
app.crownler.com/front/
One intent, measured on each surface separately. You can hold Google and lose the answer engines on the very same ground.
The fine print, written by us
Surfaces measured today: Google and AI Overview from the same SERP read, plus ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini asked over API. Perplexity is in the data model and is not measured yet.
External supplier data (SERP, backlinks, PageSpeed, AI) is bought when you click: the allowance is debited before the call and the real cost is recorded. Crawling and the map are ours and burn no allowance. The audit is ours too, but it counts pages: every plan has a monthly ceiling of audited pages.
The site and the product interface are served in English, Portuguese, Spanish and German. Content the tool writes comes out in the project's language.

What comes with it
A subscription carries more than the tool. It opens a channel that gets what we learn first: what changed in AI answers, what started working, what stopped working, and why.
The product changes every week because we use it every day, on real client work. What we find out, we pass on.
Today that reaches you two ways: the blog, and the note that goes out by e-mail to clients. There is no closed group, no monthly call and no course, and we do not announce what does not exist.
05
Where to start
The map and the project board come in the base. Everything else is switched on per module, for the whole workspace, when it earns its place.
