Refunds and cancellation

Short version: the subscription is monthly, you cancel whenever you want, and if you ask within fourteen days of your first charge we refund it in full, without asking why.

Cancelling

The subscription is monthly and there is no lock-in period. You cancel whenever you want, from Settings inside the app or by asking the team.

Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not cut your access: you keep the workspace until the end of the period you already paid for, and you can export your reports and deliverables during that time.

Nothing is deleted when you cancel. The workspace is archived, and it comes back if you return.

Fourteen days on the first charge

If Crownler is not for you, ask within fourteen days of your first charge and we refund the full amount. We do not ask why, and we do not need you to have used it a certain amount.

This applies once, to the first charge of a workspace. It is not a monthly right, and reopening a workspace does not start a new window.

A renewal you forgot to cancel

It happens: the month turns, the card is charged and you had already decided to leave. Ask within seven days of that charge and we refund it, and the subscription ends there.

Past months are not refunded. What you are paying for is the month of access, and that access existed.

How to ask, and how long it takes

Write to us through the form on this site, or open a ticket in Support inside the app. Tell us the workspace and the charge, and that is enough.

We answer within one business day. Once approved, the money goes back to the same card or account that paid, and the time it takes after that is the bank's, usually five to ten business days.

Who appears on your statement

Outside Brazil, card payments are processed by Paddle, which is the merchant of record for the sale. Paddle, or a name that includes it, is what shows up on your statement, and the invoice is issued by them on our behalf.

In Brazil, the charge is processed by WEpayments and shows up under NETLINKS CORP.

Either way, the refund is requested with us and reaches you through the same channel that charged you. You do not need to talk to the processor.

Modules bought separately

A module bought on top of the plan follows the same rules as the plan: monthly, cancel whenever, fourteen days on the first charge of that module.

Turning a module off frees its slot immediately and stops the next charge for it. The rest of the subscription is untouched.

What is not refunded

External data already bought on your request. Some actions spend money outside Crownler at the moment you click: a SERP or backlink lookup from a provider, text and images written by AI, pages audited, speed measured. The screen says the cost before the click and the credit is debited before the call goes out.

That spending is not refundable because it was not ours to keep. It is also never a surprise: when the cap runs out, the action is refused right there rather than charged.

An account closed for breaking the terms is not refunded either. That is written in the terms and it is the only case where we end the subscription instead of you.

Need a refund

Ask through the form, or through Support inside the app if you are already signed in. It reaches a person, not a queue, and the answer says what will happen and when.
