How do refunds work?
Your first charge comes with fourteen days for a full refund. For a renewal that slipped past you, there's a window to request a refund right after it goes through.
The written policy, covering what gets refunded and what doesn't, lives at /refunds/. Requesting a refund doesn't require a reason.
